QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skill in Excel, Word, Typing, etc
  • Quickbooks is plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work . Detail oriented and efficient
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Committed, responsible and reliable

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Data entry
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Issuing order confirmation and invoices ect
  • Performing multifaceted general office support and customer support (include online shop) . Route shipments and work with others to pick and pack
  • Prepare export documents, communicate with freight forwarder and coordinate shipments . Scheduling and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with any marketing initiatives and events
  • Assist any other tasks as assigned
