* DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.
We accept return requests for refunds within 7 days from the delivery date of the tracking. (Exchange done by a return & a new order.)
All sales are FINAL after 7 days of the delivery date.  
 
3 or more return items per order will be charged a 10% restocking fee per item.
Such regularly priced items are eligible for returns with the original receipts and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging).
 
We would greatly appreciate your return manner.
There may be a $10 charge as a steaming/ cleaning fee depending on the return item's condition (excessive wrinkles, lint & pet's hair)
All sale & promotion discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund. (exclude welcome & birthday code)

Return labels will be sent to you via email once we approve your requests.
Approval process can take 2 - 3 business days. (Please check your junk mail boxes for the return labels.)
Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to qualify for refunds.

All eligible return shipping cost ($10) will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We recommend to secure your return packages.
We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon return shipments.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
