Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations.

If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 3 business days.

International Orders

All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund.

Customers are responsible for all duties taxes and brokerage fee (handling fee).

Customs and import duties may be levied by your local government.

All additional import custom taxes / duties and brokerage fee (handling fee) are the responsibility of the person purchasing. This can range from 20% to 50% of the order value.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

We offer refunds within 7 days from the delivered date on the tracking.
All sales are FINAL after 7 days from the delivered date.

3 or more return items per order will be charged a 10% restocking fee per item.

Such regularly priced items are eligible for returns with the original receipts and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original packaging).

If 7 days have passed since your delivered date unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds.

All sale & promotion discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund.

Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to qualify for refunds.

All eligible return shipping cost ($10) and restocking fee (only 3 or more return items) will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

We recommend to secure your return packages.

We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
