Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us.  We hope you are happy with your purchase.
We offer a refund/exchange within 10 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items. 

All sales are FINAL after 10 days of receipt except sale items.

Such regularly priced items are eligible for return/exchange with the original receipt and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).

If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.

All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund or exchange.

Please contact us at shop@blackcrane.net with your order number and reason for return within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). 

Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to qualify for refund/exchange.

All eligible return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except the defect item.

All exchange shipping fee will be full charge instead of flat rate.

We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item.

We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.

Return instructions will be included in the email with your RA#.
