We offer a refund/exchange within 10 days of receipt of order on all regularly priced items.
All sales are FINAL after 10 days of receipt except sale items.
Such regularly priced items are eligible for return/exchange with the original receipt and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we will not accept any refunds or exchanges.

with your order number and reason for return within 10 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to qualify for refund/exchange.
All eligible return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except the defect item.
All exchange shipping fee will be full charge instead of flat rate.
We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item.
We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
Return instructions will be included in the email with your RA#.
INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY
All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund or exchange.
BLACK CRANE utilizes FedEx for all domestic orders.
For domestic orders, FedEx offers ground service, through which customers receive their orders 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of dispatch. These delivery timeframes for ground service only apply to US addresses within the contiguous 48 states. We also provide domestic express service through FedEx: 2-day, and standard overnight delivery.
We dispatch orders within 3 business days from the date that we receive your order and credit verification has been confirmed. Please note that the expedited shipping method delivery timeframes do not include order processing time. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00AM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For 2-day and overnight delivery orders need to be placed by 11:00AM PST (Monday – Friday)
All Shipments to Brooklyn, NY and New York, NY with Apartment # and shipments of orders with a value greater than or equal to $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
For international orders, DHL offers international standard service, which delivers orders within 5 - 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. will be delivered on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/tax, which is based on the full purchase price paid for this order (as reflected on the commercial invoice).
BLACK CRANE offers free FedEx Ground shipping for domestic order with purchase values over $300.
BLACK CRANE does not offer weekend delivery. Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Some items may be restricted for import to destinations outside the US and to California.
