At this time, we cannot accept exchanges. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please send the unwanted item back for store credit and place a new order through our shop.
Items are eligible for return with original receipt and must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
All sales are FINAL after 7 days of receipt.
Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a Return Authorization number (RA#).
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your RA# to be eligible for exchange.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that you send the package with tracking, insured for the full value of the item.
We are not liable for missing packages or damages incurred upon shipping.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements stated above, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
Refused packages will be subject to a $20 restocking fee.
Return instructions will be included in the email with your RA#.
